JO Macarons Returns Policy
General
At JO Macarons, we do everything we can to prepare and deliver your order with care and attention. Our products are fresh, perishable, and often custom-made . Therefore, specific terms and conditions apply for returns and cancellations.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to our products.
This is in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Civil Code, as it concerns:

perishable foodstuffs

products that are made especially to order
Macarons cannot be returned after delivery.
Cancellation of orders
Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been put into production .

If you want to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible
Damaged or incorrect delivery
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt .
Please state the following:

your order number
-
a clear description of the problem

if possible, photos of the product and packaging
We will look for a suitable solution for each situation, such as replacement or refund.
No returns
We do not accept returns by mail .
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot process shipped products.
