At JO Macarons, we work exclusively with fresh, handmade products. That's why we have clear delivery and collection policies to guarantee quality.
Delivery
We deliver within a 15 km radius of Eindhoven.
Shipping costs: €4.95 per order.
Delivery will take place on the agreed-upon day and within the selected time slot. Please ensure someone is present to receive your order immediately. Our macarons are a chilled and delicate product.
We do not offer nationwide shipping.
To take off
Pick up in Eindhoven is free.
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation with your scheduled pickup time. We'll ensure your order is fresh and carefully packaged, ready for you.
Freshness & storage
Store macarons refrigerated between 4–7°C. For best flavor, remove them from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
We recommend serving macaron towers and cube cakes on the day of use for optimal quality.
Large orders and custom work
For larger orders and business inquiries, we offer customized solutions. Free delivery within the Netherlands is possible upon consultation. Contact us for a personalized quote.
